Hi, I'm Dan!
I studied my first qualification in wellness and fitness in the Republic of Ireland in 2002. Originally from Portsmouth, I moved to Galway and studied there and lived for 4 years and started my first business.
This was the beginning of a 2 decade career. I then moved to London. It’s extremely competitive and I felt inspired to work with the worlds best coaches. I studied with Neil Hill, Jay Cutler and Dr Ian Hendy. Importantly one of my proudest accolades is working and studying with PhD Dr Rehan Jalali who certified me in blood type nutrition in 2014.
His teachings were essential to my growth and development as a nutrition expert. I continued my knowledge in nutrition by studying “ Advanced Gut Restoration Nutritionist” This knowledge gave me the ability to help individuals further and deeper bringing optimum health.

I’ve been training with Dan now for three months
Before I started I suffered badly with IBS … extreme bloating of tummy area and tiredness. Dan talked to me for a small while and explained that he works along side blood type nutrition!
So I joined up for the kick start I’ve needed for a long time.
After no joke about two weeks of eating what Dan told me to in my plan and doing cardio, and two sessions a week ( this was the most I could possibly do as I’m a full time worker, wife, mummy and nanny)
I was feeling a real difference … my moods, my sleep pattern, my skin and my weight!
